Tomes Landing Yacht Club is a private, limited service marina on the Lower Susquehanna River at Port Deposit, Maryland.  It is affiliated via a joint operating agreement with the Tomes Landing Condominiums on Rowland Drive in Port Deposit.

The marina contains 68 individually owned slips ranging from 30' to 50' feet spread over four piers. Each slip is served with water and electricity. Each slip is charged a monthly fee for maintenance of the marina infrastructure. One slip has been donated to the Water Witch Fire Company and is used to berth their fire boat.

TLYC is conveniently located in deep water (12' to 24') four miles from the mouth of the Susquehanna River where it becomes the Chesapeake Bay.
